1. Who You’re Contracting With
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LogPlan and millingly.com, operated by Millingly AS, Rinddalen 22, 5099 Bergen, Norway (org. no. 937 731 760). You can reach us through our contact form.
By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
LogPlan is a timber management application for portable sawmill operators. It provides log measurement, cut planning, milling workflow support, board tracking, and drying monitoring tools.
LogPlan offers three tiers:
- Free — cut planning for manually entered log dimensions.
- Sawmill Starter — adds measuring logs with your phone, saved logs, taper and sweep, and board records.
- Sawmill Pro — adds harvest registration, drying monitoring, and multi-device sync: the full log-to-board chain.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
- One account per person. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
- Notify us immediately through our contact form if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions
4.1 Price and billing
Sawmill Starter and Sawmill Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app and vary by region.
Payment is processed through Apple in-app purchase and charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
4.2 Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple notifies you of upcoming renewals and manages renewal billing.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings, reachable from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until that date.
4.4 Refunds
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy — request one via Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, that right still applies.
4.5 Price changes
Prices may change over time. For auto-renewing subscriptions, Apple notifies you of a price increase and, where required, asks for your consent before the new price takes effect.
5. Your Data
You own the data you create in LogPlan. Log records, cut plans, measurements, photographs, and notes are yours.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your milling data for advertising or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may export or delete your data at any time through the account settings or by contacting us.

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the app or its underlying code.
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep LogPlan available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime, data loss, or app errors, except where required by applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
LogPlan, the Millingly brand, Woodie the beaver mascot, and all associated software, design, and content are owned by Millingly AS. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You retain full ownership of the data and content you create within the app.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, after giving reasonable notice where practicable.
You may delete your account at any time. On deletion, your data is removed within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, Millingly AS’s liability for any claim arising from your use of LogPlan is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bergen, Norway.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in your country of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the app after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
